Zsófia joined Grant Thornton Hungary in 2016 as a labour, payroll and social security specialist, and she has been leading the HR Services/Human Capital business since 2021.
Prior to this position, she has accumulated nearly 15 years of experience in HR both from the perspective of companies and service providers. During this time, she gained insight into the HR aspects of the real estate, trade and IT sectors, as well as working as an active headhunter in the areas of finance and accountancy.
Zsófia has broad knowledge concerning the HR tasks in settings ranging from Hungarian companies with only a few employees to international corporations with up to 800 staff. She also has extensive expertise in the fields of Hungarian employment and labour law, personal income tax and social security regulations, as well as practical experience in the areas of day-to-day labour, process development and human resources strategy consultancy.
He also has human software market knowledge and experience in process management and implementation design.
Zsófia has graduated from the HR Management programme of Corvinus University in Budapest, and she is also a qualified and experienced payroll accountant and social security specialist. In 2011, she was the recipient of “HR Oscar” special award. In 2022 and 2023, he was nominated for the “HR Leader of the Year” competition by Behaviour magazine, and in 2023 he is a finalist in the “Emerging Leaders of the Year” competition in 140 countries of the Grant Thornton network.
She is fluent in business English, and also speaks French.
