Data collection and metrics development
Sustainability/ESG reporting requires the presentation of well-defined, accurate and comparable data and information, characterising the company as a whole, which can only be achieved through organised data collection. The CSRD/ESRS standard defines nearly 1000 data points, from which the organisation must select those that are truly relevant for it, using materiality analysis. However, in addition to sustainability reporting, it is also necessary to produce authentic records on relevant issues to ensure compliance with legal requirements (e.g. waste registers, ISO50001) and working efficiently.
Mandatory and well-chosen indicators help the organisation to set specific targets and make changes visible, helping to detect risks in time.
Following an organisational needs assessment, we can help you select the most suitable tool(s) and build the right process to manage the data.
