Benjamin Jakab

Benjamin joined Grant Thornton Valuation as a consultant in 2016, and has been Head of the Bank’s Real Estate Valuation Department since 2023 and Head of Real Estate Valuation since 2025.

Prior to his current role, he joined Grant Thornton Valuation’s property valuation team as a senior property valuer.

He holds a degree in Economics and Management from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics. He completed his Master’s degree in Finance at the University of Technology in 2019. In 2019 he became a certified OKJ 53 property valuer and in 2023 he obtained the EUFIM certified property valuer qualification.
