Corporate bank account opening – one-off service
We provide comprehensive support throughout the entire process of opening a corporate bank account. As part of our service, we assist in selecting the appropriate bank and account package, explain the documentation required for account opening, and provide support during the administration process, including personal assistance at the bank upon request.
The service also includes:
- support in setting up banking authorisations and access rights,
- a detailed explanation of banking processes,
- an introduction to the online banking interface and training in its use,
- practical guidance on managing day-to-day banking transactions.
In addition, we support the work of the future financial assistant with pre-prepared Excel templates for reviewing transfers and, where necessary, prepare customised task descriptions and process documentation for the use of the banking system. The pre-designed review templates provide significant time and resource savings, simplify recurring administrative tasks, and make day-to-day financial operations more efficient and transparent.
Training in the use of the banking interface – one-off service
Our service is recommended for clients who wish to manage their banking processes more efficiently, reduce the possibility of administrative errors, and use online banking systems with greater confidence.
It is particularly useful for businesses:
- that do not have a dedicated financial assistant,
- where transfer and banking tasks form only part of employees’ daily activities,
- and where establishing fast and secure banking administration is important.
During the training, we provide practical guidance on managing transfers, using the banking interface, and carrying out day-to-day financial processes efficiently and securely.
Recording bank transfers on a daily, weekly or monthly basis – ongoing service
The purpose of our service is to support businesses’ financial administration, reduce administrative burdens, and ensure the accurate and efficient management of banking processes.
The service includes:
- downloading daily, weekly or monthly bank statements and related files from the banking interface and securely saving them in PDF and other requested formats,
- recording invoice and tax payments in the banking interface,
- preparing a detailed payment list of the items to be transferred for managers authorised to approve payments,
- preparing and recording salary and contribution payments, with a specified value date where required,
- supporting managers authorised to approve payments in reviewing and approving transfers,
- ensuring the transparency of banking processes and their completion by the relevant deadlines.
Where the client’s accounting and/or payroll software supports the handling of bank import and export files, we also provide assistance in setting up automated payment and bank statement management processes. Our aim is to achieve the most efficient and secure operation possible, tailored to the client’s existing systems.
Data entry
As part of our service, we undertake:
- the recording of banking templates and business partner data in the banking interface,
- support for migrating existing banking template databases from previous banking systems,
- the development of structured and transparent data management processes.
